It were a early morning, but Frieda maked it to el LA Food Bank
to help los Gay For Good pack the foods.

Frieda were welcome by Tony,
who immediately putted her en sharge of the Pinto Beans!

Here Frieda cho how she spend 3 hours…
putting beans en bags!

It okay, che habbed help from hunky mens, like Brian!

Then, part way through, there were a little entertainments fron Madeline Ashton.

So, in yust a few hours con beans, Frieda help assembled
3600 Food Kits,
and raise over $570 donated.
This will help lots of people this holiday season!

Frieda kissed all her bags de beans
yust to see if che gets one of the one che packed
when che make her regular bisit to got food en Wedneday!
How neato would that be, right?

Frieda is gotting up real early and gonna help
GAY FOR GOOD support
the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank
to assemble food packets
for 900 charitable agency sites
in Los Angeles County.

and cho Katie how to decorating a cake.
then eberyone eated it!!!

El director, Chean Abley ask Frieda to comed back the next night,

and she comed back to chare the estage
